Can I request free samples of custom transdermal patches before placing a bulk order?

How do you protect our custom formulation and brand intellectual property?

Do you provide packaging design and artwork support for private labeling?

Are your manufacturing facilities ISO 13485 and FDA compliant for medical patch export?

What quality control processes do you follow?
We implement a 4-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, finished product testing, and stability validation. Each batch is tracked and documented for full traceability.
Do you provide product testing documentation (COA, MSDS)?
Yes, we provide Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and stability test reports with every batch. Additional third-party testing (SGS, Intertek) can be arranged upon request.
Do you accept third-party factory audits (SGS, Intertek) before production?
Absolutely. We welcome third-party audits from SGS, Intertek, or your own quality team at our Henan manufacturing facility. Full transparency is our standard — we are confident in our production environment and quality systems.

What shipping options do you offer for international OEM orders?
We offer air freight, sea freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) to destinations worldwide. For large bulk orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option. Get a shipping quote.
What is the typical delivery time for OEM orders?
Bulk orders: 15-25 business days after confirmation. Sample orders: 5-7 business days. Custom formulations may require additional development time. Express shipping available for urgent orders.
Do you export patches to North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia?
Yes, we export to 120+ countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Our logistics team handles all customs documentation and compliance requirements.
Payment & Support
What payment methods do you accept for international transactions?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C, PayPal, and Western Union. Payment terms are negotiable for long-term partners and larger volumes.
Do you provide dedicated account management and after-sales support?
Yes, each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who provides ongoing support from quotation through to production, quality control, and delivery. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
What is your return policy for defective products?
We stand behind our quality. Any defective products will be replaced or refunded. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to initiate the process.
